28 SCRUBTEC 545B / 545BL / 553B / 553BL / BOOST 5653B / 653BL / 651BCL / 661BL / 545E / 553E / 653E 9097062000(2)2009-06ENGLISH SERVICE MANUALSOLUTION/CLEAN WATER SUPPLY SYSTEMSOLUTION/CLEAN WATER SUPPLY SYSTEMSOLUTION/CLEAN WATER TANK AND SUPPLY SYSTEM CLEANING (All models)Drive the machine to the appointed solution disposal area.1.Turn the ignition key (80) to “0”.2.(SCRUBTEC 545E, 553E, 653E). Disconnect the power supply cable (59) from the electrical mains.Empty the solution/clean water tank (20) with the hose (17).3.Start the machine (as shown in the User Manual) and keep it running until the solution/clean water tank is completely empty.4.(5. SCRUBTEC 545BL, 553BL, BOOST 5, 653BL, 651BCL, 661BL). Turn the ignition key (80) to “0”.(SCRUBTEC 545E, 553E, 653E). Disconnect the power supply cable (59) from the electrical mains.Clean the tank (20) with clean water.6.Start the machine (as shown in the User Manual) and keep it running until the solution/clean water tank is completely empty.7.Clean the solution filter (see the following procedure).8.SOLUTION FILTER CLEANING (SCRUBTEC 545B, 545BL, 553B, 553BL, BOOST 5, 545E, 553E)Drive the machine on a level floor.1.(2. SCRUBTEC 545BL, 553BL, BOOST 5). Turn the ignition key (80) to “0”.(SCRUBTEC 545E, 553E). Disconnect the power supply cable (59) from the electrical mains.Close the solution tap (A) under the machine left lower side. The tap (A) is closed when it is in the position (B) and it is open3.when it is in the position (C).Remove the transparent cover (D), then remove the filter strainer (E). Clean and install them on the support (F).4.NOTEThe filter strainer (E) must be correctly positioned on the housing (G) of the support (F).Open the tap (A).5.EGFEDACBP100109 |
