Always hold them by the shaft.IMPORTANT: Never run the applianceempty.1 Place the Master Prep ® ProfessionalPitcher on a clean, dry, level surface.2 Holding the blade by the shaft, place itonto the spindle pin inside the MasterPrep ® Professional Pitcher.• Use the Ninja ® 6-Blade in the 48 oz.Pitcher. (fig. 1)• Use the Ninja ® 4-Blade in the 40 oz.Pitcher. (fig. 2)IMPORTANT: Place blade inside thecontainer carefully as blades are sharp.4 512Shaft3 Add the ingredients to be processedinto the Master Prep ® ProfessionalPitcher.IMPORTANT: Never add ingredientsinto the Master Prep ® ProfessionalPitcher before placing the blades infirst.4 Place the pitcher splash guard onto thetop of the Master Prep ® ProfessionalPitcher. (fig. 3)5 Place the power head on top of thepitcher splash guard making sure thatit is securely in place. (fig. 4) DO NOTattempt to operate the appliancewithout the safety splash guard inplace.6 To start the appliance, plug the powercord into the electrical outlet, securelyhold power head while operatingand press on the on/off pulse buttonlocated on the top of the power head.(fig. 5)7 Hold the Master Prep ® ProfessionalPitcher firmly while depressing theon/off pulse button to ensure the unitstays in place.NOTE: DO NOT operate the appliancecontinuously for more than 15 secondsat a time.8 To stop the appliance, remove yourfingers from the on/off pulse button.9 In order to obtain a better quality ofchopping, operate the appliance byusing the “pulse” method.10 Make sure that the blades havestopped completely before removingthe power head.11 If the ingredients stick to the side ofthe Master Prep ® Professional Pitcher,stop the appliance, remove the powerhead and the splash guard. Use aspatula to dislodge the pieces and thenreplace the splash guard and the powerhead.
