CUSTOMER CARE - AU: 1800 890 840CUSTOMER CARE - NZ: 0800 002 9997 8Using the Nutri Ninja® CupIMPORTANT: Make sure that the Power Pod is pluggedin for use.1 Place the Power Pod upside down on a clean, dry, levelsurface such as a counter or table top.2 Add ingredients to the single serve cup.NOTE: Do not overfill! To avoid spilling, do not addingredients past the “Max” fill line.3 Place the single serve blade onto the cup and screw ittightly until a good seal is achieved. (Fig. 1)4 Turn the Nutri Ninja® cup upside down and place it ontothe Power Pod. Press down on the single serve cup topulse or blend. (Fig. 2, Fig. 3)5 Once desired consistency is reached, remove pressurefrom single serve cup. Pull straight up to remove. (Fig. 4)6 Turn the cup upright and remove the single serve bladeby twisting the blade assembly anticlockwise.7 Place the Sip & Seal™ drinking lid onto the single servedrink cup, twist to seal and enjoy!8 Make sure that the Power Pod is unplugged when notin use.NOTE: To order additional Nutri Ninja® Cups, pleasefeel free to contact customer care: 1800 890 840 or0800 002 999Fig. 1 Fig. 2 Fig. 3 Fig. 4Cleaning and MaintenanceHOW TO STORE1 Do not place anything on top of the power pod. Securethe power cord by wrapping the cord around the PowerPod. Store the Nutri Ninja Blade Assembly attached to acup and all other components along side the appliancewhere they will not be damaged and won’t cause ahazard.RESETTING THE MOTOR THERMOSTATThe Nutri Ninja® Slim features a unique safety systemwhich prevents damage to the unit’s motor and drivesystem should it be inadvertently overloaded. If theappliance is being overloaded, the motor will stop. Toreset the appliance, follow the resetting procedure below:1 Unplug the appliance from the electrical outlet.2 Remove the cup from the Power Pod, empty thecontainer and ensure that no food is jamming the bladeassembly.3 Allow the appliance to cool for approximately 15 minutes.4 Refill the cup, place the cup in the Power Pod, and re-plugthe appliance into the electrical outlet.5 Proceed to use the appliance while making sure not toexceed the recommended maximum capacities.HOW TO CLEANCAUTION: Make sure that the Power Pod isunplugged from the power source before insertingor removing any attachment and before cleaning.CAUTION: DO NOT immerse the Power Pod intowater or any other liquid.CAUTION: Use caution when handling the bladeassemblies as the blades are sharp.1 Separate all parts from each other.2 Clean the Power Pod with a damp cloth and wipe dry.3 Place Nutri Ninja® cups, Sip & Seal™ lids, and the bladeassembly on the top rack of the dishwasher.NOTE: You may also wash the Nutri Ninja® cups byfilling the container to the Max Fill line with warm waterand a drop of dishwashing detergent, screwing the NutriNinja® blade on the cup, inverting the cup and placingit in the Power Pod and pulsing a few times. Do not fillthe cup past the Max Fill line with water because it willoverflow. Once clean, remove the Nutri Ninja® cup fromthe Power Pod and unscrew the blade assembly. Rinsethe cup under running water. Wipe the Power Pod with adamp cloth. Allow all the parts to dry before storing.If the appliance needs servicing, please call customerservice at 0800 002 999 or 1800 890 840.WARNING: Remove utensils prior to processing. Failure to remove may cause the jar to be damaged or toshatter, which may cause personal injury.WARNING: Never leave the appliance unattended while in use.CAUTION: Blades are sharp! Use extreme caution when handling the blade assembly.CAUTION: Do not blend hot liquids, doing so may cause excessive pressure build-up, resulting in risk ofthe user being burned.CAUTION: Remove the Nutri Ninja Blade Assembly from the cup upon completion of blending. Someingredients have the potential to expand after blending resulting in excessive pressure buildup that canpose a risk of injury. |
