To start the Call Timer (ifyou have a Timer key):1. Press Timer key.-The Timer key is ON. Your displaystarts timing your call. Press the Timerkey before you place or answer yourcall — or while idle. If your phone hasAuto Timer, it starts automatically foroutside calls. You don’t have to pressthe Timer key.To stop the Call Timer (ifyou have a Timer key):1. Press Timer key.-The Timer key is OFF. You can stop thetimer before or after you hang up. Torestart the timer from 00:00, press theTimer key again.CallbackWhen you call a busy extension, you may leave a Callback request for areturn call. You do not have to repeatedly call the busy extension back,hoping to find it idle. You will note that the Callback ring cadence islonger than other ringing signals. If you are an attendant, you cannot useCallback. To leave a Callback for an outside line, see the Line Callbackfeature on page 38.To request a Callback (aftercalling a busy extension):(Do not hang up.)1. Dial C.-You hear ringing.2.
