PhoneTo make and receive calls, the device must be switched on,the device must have a valid SIM card installed, and you mustbe located in the service area of a cellular network.To make or receive a net call, your device must be connectedto a net call service. To connect to a net call service, yourdevice must be in the coverage of a connection network, suchas a WLAN access point.Voice callsNote: The actual invoice for calls and services from yourservice provider may vary, depending on network features,rounding off for billing, taxes, and so forth.Answer a callTo answer a call, press the call key.To reject a call, press the end key.To mute the ringing tone instead of answering a call, selectSilence.When you have an active call and the call waiting function(network service) is activated, press the call key to answer anew incoming call. The first call is put on hold. To end theactive call, press the end key.Make a callTo make a call, enter the phone number, including the areacode, and press the call key.Tip: For international calls, add the + character thatreplaces the international access code, and enter thecountry code, area code (omit the leading 0, ifnecessary), and phone number.To end the call or cancel the call attempt, press the end key.To make a call using the saved contacts, press the contactskey. Enter the first letters of the name, scroll to the name, andpress the call key. Scroll tothe desired number or name, and press the call key. See"Log", p. 41.To adjust the volume of an active call, scroll right or left.To switch from a voice call to a video call, select Options >Switch to video call.
