The number is displayedonly after you have keyed inits last digit.DTMF tonesDTMF tones, are the tones thatsound when you press the keys onyour phone’s keypad. You can useDTMF tones for many automateddial-up services such as banking andairlines, or for entering your voicemailbox number and password.DTMF tones are sent during an activecall. You can send them manuallyfrom your phone’s keypad, or sendthem automatically by saving themin your phone.Set type1. Select one of the followingoptions:Continuous — The tone soundsfor as long as you press and holda key.Fixed — Used to send tones of theduration you specify in the DTMFtone length option.Off — Used to turn off tones.
