Select Options to display the following:Mute or Unmute—Silence your end of the call.Loudspeaker or Handset—Activate or deactivate the loudspeaker while in a call.New call—Initiate a conference call. See "Conference calls," p. 17.Add to contact—Save the number you entered during a call to a contact thatis already in the contacts list.End all calls—Disconnect from all active calls.Touch tones—Enter the numbers, and select Tones to send the numbers as tones.Contacts—View the contacts list.Menu—View the phone menu.2. Scroll to and select an option to activate the option or enter its submenu.■ KeyguardUse keyguard, to lock the keypad and prevent keys from being pressed accidentally.Remember to lock your device keypad to prevent accidental calls. If the keypadis locked, it unlocks when you receive a call. After the call, the lockautomatically reactivates.When the keyguard is on, calls still may be possible to the official emergencynumber programed into your device. Enter the emergency number and press thesend key.
