If youenter an incorrect lock code five times in a row, your device will prompt you forthe lock code.If you enter the wrong lock code 5 times in succession, you will not be able toenter a code for 5 minutes, even if you power off the device between incorrectentries.1. In the standby mode, select Menu > Settings > Security settings > Changelock code.2. Enter the new lock code (must be 4 characters in length), reenter the newlock code for verification, and select OK.When you change your lock code, make sure you store it in a safe place, awayfrom your device. Avoid entering access codes similar to emergency numbers toprevent accidental emergency calls.Restrict CallsCall restriction is a network service. See "Network services," p. 7.If your wireless service provider supports this feature, you can restrict the callsyour device makes and receives. When calls are restricted, calls still may bepossible to the official emergency number programmed into your device. Contactyour service provider for the restriction password.1.
