Check with your service provider to determine which of these services, ifany, applies to you. If you have Minute Manager, disregard this chapter and see“Minute Manager” on page 48 for more information.With prepaid service, you buy wireless network services in advance. Your phoneworks the same way it did before, with some additional features.Since prepaid service may not be available from your wireless service provider, thePrepaid screen may not appear. Contact your service provider for details.• ACTIVATE AND DEACTIVATEAfter you sign up with your service provider for prepaid service, you can activatethe Prepaid menu in your phone. This menu appears on your screen only if you haveactivated the service.To activate prepaid services, enter the following sequence: *#7766#To deactivate prepaid services, enter the following sequence: *#77633#• SAVE YOUR ACCESS NUMBERSYou can save the prepaid service access numbers in your phone. Contact your serviceprovider for the access numbers.1 From the menus, select Prepaid > Save access phone numbers > Replenishphone number.2 Enter the replenish number from your service provider; then select OK.3 Select Balance phone number.4 Enter the balance number from your service provider; then select OK.5 Select Customer service phone number.6 Enter the customer service number from your service provider; then select OK.• CHECK YOUR BALANCEYou can check the balance remaining in your prepaid account. Contact your serviceprovider for the access number used to check the balance.Note: When no more charging units or currency units are left, calls mayonly be possible to the emergency number programmed into your phone(for example, 911).1 From the menus, select Prepaid > Check account balance.
