[ 48 ]Text messagesForward a messageYou can forward any incoming textmessages, whether they were sent astraditional text messages or as e-mailmessages. You can forward a message toa single user or to a list of users.Tip: When forwarding a messageto multiple users, your recipientlist can contain both phonenumbers and e-mail addresses.1 While viewing a message, pressOptions.2 Scroll to Forward and press Select.3 Select Add e-mail or Add number,then address the message.For multiple recipients, pressOptions again, then add additionale-mail addresses or phone numbers.4 Press Options, scroll to Send, thenpress OK.If you want to edit the forwardedmessage, select Edit message from theoptions menu prior to sending themessage.View message settingsYou can assign several settings to thetext messages (new messages, replies, orforwarded messages). The followingsettings are available from the messageOptions menu:• Urgent sends the message markedurgent and appears in recipient’sInbox with higher priority than othermessages.• Deliv. note lets you know when yourmessage has been delivered.• Callback no. includes your number(or a number that you enter or recallfrom the phone book) in the body ofthe message.ASSIGN MESSAGE OPTIONS1 After entering text, press Options.2 Scroll to Settings and press Select.3 Scroll to the desired setting, thenpress Mark.4 Press Done, then press Yes to savechanges to your message.5 Scroll to Send, then press Select (orselect a different menu option).Learn about message memoryMessages are stored in the followinglocations:• Inbox stores new messages and readmessages.• Outbox saves copies of all sentmessages or messages waiting to besent (in the event the network istemporarily unavailable).• Archive used to file read messagesand sent messages for long termstorage.• My folders used to store user-created personalised folders wheremessages can be saved.A blinking icon indicates the textmessage memory is full. Before you canreceive, save, or send any new messages,you must delete older messages from yourInbox, Outbox, Archive or the My foldersfolder.
