Receiving a group or a one-to-one callA short tone notifies you of an incoming group and one-to-onecall. When receiving a group call, the group name and thenickname of the caller are displayed. When receiving a one-to-one call from a person whose information you have saved inContacts, the saved name is displayed if identified; otherwise,only the nickname of the caller is displayed.You can either accept or reject an incoming one-to-one call ifyou have set the phone to first notify you of the one-to-one calls.If you press the PTT key to try to respond to a group whileanother member is talking, you hear a queuing tone andQueuing is displayed as long as you press the PTT key. Press andhold the PTT key, and wait for the other person to finish, thenyou can talk.Callback requestsSending a callback requestIf you make a one-to-one call and do not get a response, youcan send a request for the person to call you back.• You can send a callback request in different ways: To send acallback request from the contacts list in the Push to talkmenu, select Contacts list. Scroll to a contact, press Options,and select Send callback.• To send a callback request from the Contacts, press instandby mode, and scroll to the desired contact. PressDetails, scroll to the push to talk address, press Options, andselect Send callback.• To send a callback request from the group list in the Push totalk menu, select Group list, and scroll to the desired group.Press Options, select Active members, scroll to the desiredcontact, press Options, and select Send callback.• To send a callback request from the callback request list inthe Push to talk menu, select Callback inbox.
