Menu FunctionsThe phone offers an extensive range offunctions which allow you to tailor thephone to your needs.These functions are arranged in menusand submenus.Accessing the MenuFunctionsTo enter a particular menu function, eitherscroll through the functions until the de-sired one appears, or use an appropriateshortcut.By scrolling1 With the display clear, press Menu toenter the menu facility.Or, during a call: Press Options,scroll with or to Menu, pressSelect.2 At the main menu level, press orto reach the desired menu, such asSettings, and press Select toenter it.The sliding bar to the right shows themenu’s position in respect to othermenus at the same menu level.3 If the menu contains submenus (suchas Phone settings), reach the oneyou want with or and press Se-lect.If the submenu contains a further setof submenus, repeat this step.By shortcutEach menu, submenu and setting option isprovided with a shortcut number.This number, which may consist of severaldigits separated by a dash (e.g. 4-3-3), isshown at the top right of the display.1 With the display clear, press Menu toenter the menu facility.2 Within 3 seconds, key in the first digitof the shortcut number.
