In the standby mode, select Menu > Settings > Security > PIN code request.2. Enter the PIN code, and select OK.3. Select On.Call restrictionsSelect call restrictions to block or allow numbers for incoming and outgoing calls.With any numbers entered as allowed numbers, all those entered as blockednumbers are ignored.
