Press to answer an incoming call.Your phone notifies you of incoming calls in the following ways: The phone rings or vibrates. The backlight illuminates. The screen displays an incoming call message.If the incoming call is from a number stored in your Phone Book, thephone book entry’s name is displayed. The caller’s phone numbermay also be displayed, if available.The following options are also displayed. To select an option, pressthe corresponding selection key. Silence ( ) or mutes the ringer. If you do not answer thecall, it is forwarded to your voicemail box. Answer ( ) answers the incoming call.Answering a Roam Call With Call Guard EnabledCall Guard is an option that helps you manage your roaming chargeswhen making or receiving calls while outside the available network.(See “Controlling Your Roaming Experience” on page 53 for moreinformation about roaming.)To answer a call when you are roaming and Call Guard is enabled: Select Answer to answer the call.
