E-mail messagesmay contain malicious software or otherwise be harmful to your deviceor PC.1. Select Menu > Messaging > Email > Inboxes, the account name, andthe desired message.2. While reading the message, select Options to view the availableoptions.3. To reply to an email, select Reply > Original text or Empty screen. Toreply to many, select Options > Reply to all. Confirm or edit the emailaddress and subject, then write your reply.4. To send the message, select Send > Send now.E-mail foldersYour phone saves email that you have downloaded from your emailaccount in the Inboxes folder. The Inboxes folder contains the followingfolders: “Account name” for incoming email, Archive for archiving email,Custom 1—Custom 3 for sorting e-mail, Junk where all spam e-mail isstored, Drafts for saving unfinished email, Outbox for saving email thathas not been sent, and Sent items for saving email that has been sent.To manage the folders and their email content, select Options to viewthe available options of each folder.Spam filterThe e-mail application allows you to activate a built-in spam filter. Toactivate and define this filter, select Options > Spam filter > Settings inthe main e-mail idle screen. The spam filter allows the user to putspecific senders on a black or white list. Black list sender messages arefiltered to the Junk folder. Unknown and White list sender messages aredownloaded into the account inbox. To blacklist a sender, select the e-mail message in the Inboxes folder and Options > Blacklist sender.
