The Inboxesfolder contains the following folders: “Account name”for incoming email, Archive for archiving email, Custom1—Custom 3 for sorting e-mail, and Junk where allspam email is stored. The Outboxes folder contains thefollowing folders: Drafts for saving unfinished email,Outbox for saving email that has not been sent, andSent items for saving email that has been sent.To manage the folders and their email content, selectOptions to view the available options of each folder.Spam filterTo activate and define a spam filter, select Options >■ Instant messagingWith instant messaging (IM) (network service) you cansend short, simple text messages to online users. Youhave to subscribe to a service and register with the IMservice you want to use. For more information aboutsigning up for IM services, contact your service provider.To set the required settings for the IM service, seeConnection settings in ”Access” p. 33. The icons andtexts on the display may vary, depending on the IMservice.Note: Depending on your IM service, you maynot have access to all of the features describedin this guide.Access
