All rights reserved.Saving multiple numbers and textitems per nameYou can save different types ofnumbers and text items per name inthe phone’s internal phone book.The first phone number that yousave with the name is the defaultnumber. It is indicated with a framearound the number type indicator,for example . When you select aname from the phone book, forexample to make a call, the defaultnumber is used unless you selectanother number.1. Make sure that the selectedmemory is Phone or Phone andSIM.2. Press or in standbymode.3. Scroll to the name to which youwant to add a number or textitem, and press Details.4. Press Options, and select Addnumber, Add detail or Changetype.• To add a phone number, selectAdd number and a numbertype.• To add a text item, select Adddetail and a text type.5. Press to return to standbymode.Changing the default numberPress or in standby mode,scroll to the desired name and pressDetails. Scroll to the number youwant to set as the default number.Press Options and select Set asdefault.■ Searching for a name inthe phone book1. In standby mode, press Names(or press Go to and selectContacts) and select Search. OR:Press or in standbymode.2. Key in the first letter(s) of thename you want.3. Scroll to the desired name, andpress Details. If the name issaved on the SIM card, isshown at the top of the display.4. Scroll through the phonenumbers and text items added tothe name.■ Deleting names,numbers, text itemsand imagesIn standby mode, press Names (orpress Go to and select Contacts)and select Delete. Select One by oneor Delete all.Deleting a name and number willalso delete the additional numbers,text items added to it.
