When finishedsetting, tap the Done button.Screen saverYou can set the device to enable or disable the screen saver, andchoose a screen saver you like.Date & TimeAdjusting the date and time here sets these throughout yourdevice.Adjusting Time and Date1. In the Date & Time tab, tap the Date box. A calendar willappear on the screen.2. Tap to select current date from the calendar.3. Tap the Time box and adjust current time. Tap the upper partof the boxes that enclose the hour and minute to increasethe numbers, or the lower part of the boxes to decreasethem.4. Tap Daylight-saving if you want to use this feature. Selectthe daylight-saving zone(s) from the dialog that appears andthen tap the Done button.5. Tap the Done button.Changing Date FormatYou can customize the display of times and dates throughoutyour device on the Format tab.Specifying WorkdaysIn the Workdays tab, you can specify the days of the week thatyou normally work. You can set alarms in the Time applicationprogram that only sound on a workday. Specifying the first day ofyour week customizes the display of both Week and Month viewsin the Calender application program.Text inputThere are two ways of entering text into your device:• The smARTwriter handwriting recognition system: Your penstrokes on the screen are converted to individual letters,numbers, or other characters.• The virtual keyboard: You can "type" text by tapping the"keys."The method that you select here is enabled automatically whenyou need to enter text into your device. If you load other textinput software, select it and adjust its settings here.Setting up smARTwriterYou can change the setting of the smARTwriter handwritingrecognition system according to your writing habits. That is, youcan “train” smARTwriter to improve the accuracy of recognition.1. In the Text input setup box, select smARTwriter from thePrimary input method drop-down menu and then tap Setup.
