Note thatthere are more characters available for a number key than are printed on the key.Icons: and indicate the selected case. means that the firstletter of the next word is written in upper case, and all other letters will automaticallybe written in lower case. indicates number mode.To insert a number, press and hold the corresponding number key.To switch between letter and number mode, press and hold the # key.If the next letter is located on the same key as the present one, wait until the cursorappears (or scroll right to end the time-out period), and key in the letter.If you make a mistake, press the Clear key to remove a character. Press and holdthe Clear key to clear more than one character.Reports (network service)—You can request that the network send youa delivery report of the text messages, smart messages, and multimediamessages you have sent. To turn on delivery report reception, go to theMessaging main menu, select Options > Settings > Text message orMultimedia message, and select Receive report > Yes.It might not be possible to receive a delivery report of a multimediamessage that has been sent to an e-mail address.Note: When sending messages, your device may display thewords Message Sent. This is an indication that the message hasbeen sent by your device to the message center numberprogrammed into your device. This is not an indication that themessage has been received at the intended destination.
