The warranty period for thePhone (Radio) units and all accessories (excluding carry cases) is twelve(12) months from the date of purchase OR fourteen (14) months fromdate of wholesale shipment from Nokia, OR fifteen (15) months fromthe date of manufacture by Nokia. The warranty period for the Carrycases is three (3) months from the date of purchase or five (5) monthsfrom the date of wholesale shipment from Nokia.During the warranty period, Nokia will, at its option, repair or replacethe defective product free of charge. Replacement Product may beeither new or remanufactured or refurbished.However, if Nokia determines that the warranty conditions cannot beapplied, the purchaser will be billed for the repair and shipping.EXCEPTIONSThis warranty is subject to the following exceptions:1. Mobile or fixed installation, which is not in accordance with theinstallation instructions, published by Nokia, will void the warranty.Damage caused by a repair or an attempt to repair by other than aservice centre authorized by Nokia will void the warranty;2. This warranty covers normal consumer use and does not cover defectsor damage to any product which, in the sole opinion of Nokia, has beensubject to: improper storage, exposure to moisture or dampness, exposureto fire, sand, dirt, windstorm, lightning, or earthquake; to theft, batteryleakage, unauthorized modification, misuse, neglect, abuse, misapplication,accident, alteration, improper installation, maladjustment of consumercontrols, or abnormal operating conditions, or which has been attributableto acts of God;
