Messages may contain malicious softwareor otherwise be harmful to your device or PC.1. To create a new message, select New message >Multimedia message.2. In the To field, enter a recipient's number or e-mailaddress, or press the scroll key to add a recipientfrom Contacts. If you enter more than one numberor e-mail address, separate them with a semicolon.3. In the Subject field, enter a subject for themessage. To change the fields that are visible,select Options > Address fields.4. Enter the text of the message, and select Options >Insert object to add media objects. You can addobjects such as Image, Sound clip, or Video clip.The wireless network may limit the size of MMSmessages. If the inserted picture exceeds this limitthe device may make it smaller so that it can be sentby MMS.5. Each slide of your message can contain only onevideo or sound clip. To add more slides to yourmessage, select Options > Insert new > Slide.To change the order of slides in your message,select Options > Move.6. To preview a multimedia message before sendingit, select Options > Preview.7. Select Options > Send.To delete an object from a multimedia message, selectOptions > Remove.To set the sending options for the current multimediamessage, select Options > Sending options.Instant messagingSelect Menu > Communic. > IM.Instant messaging (IM) (network service) allows you toconverse with other people using instant messagesand join discussion forums (IM groups) with specifictopics. Various service providers maintain IM serversthat you can log in to after you register to an IM service.Service providers may differ in their support offeatures.If IM is not available from your service provider, it maynot appear in the menu of your device. Contact yourservice provider for more information about signing upfor IM services, costs of services, and IM settings.
