To start or continue browsing the web using the access pointof the WLAN, scroll to the desired network, and selectOptions > Start web browsing or Cont.web browsing.To disconnect the active connection to the WLAN, selectOptions > Disconnect WLAN.To view the details of the WLAN, select Options > Details.To save the access point of the WLAN, select Options >Define access point.Always enable one of the available encryption methods toincrease the security of your WLAN connection. Usingencryption reduces the risk of unauthorised access to yourdata.Use the wizard on the home screenOn the home screen, the WLAN wizard shows the status ofyour WLAN connections and network searches. To view theavailable options, scroll to the row showing the status, andpress the scroll key. Depending on the status, you can startthe web browser using a WLAN connection, connect to yournet call service, disconnect from a WLAN, search for WLANs,or set the network scanning on or off.If WLAN scanning is off and you are not connected to anyWLAN, WLAN scanning off is displayed on the home screen.To set scanning on and search for available WLANs, scroll tothe row showing the status, and press the scroll key.To start a search foravailable WLANs, scroll tothe row showing thestatus, press the scroll key,and select Search forWLAN. To set WLANscanning off, scroll to therow showing the status,press the scroll key, andselect Switch WLAN scanoff.When Start web browsing or Use for is selected, the WLANwizard automatically creates an access point for the selectedWLAN. The access point can also be used with otherapplications requiring WLAN connection.If you select a secured WLAN, you are asked to enter therelevant passcodes. To connect to a hidden network, youmust enter the correct service set identifier (SSID).To use the found WLAN for a net call connection, scroll to therow showing the status, and press the scroll key.
