Select only the sounds that youneedMute unnecessary sounds, such as key presssounds. On the start screen, swipe downfrom the top of the screen, tap ALLSETTINGS > ringtones+sounds, and selectwhich sounds to keep.Use wired headphones Use wired headphones, rather than thespeakerphone.Use Battery Saver You can set your phone to automaticallysave power when the battery charge level islow. To check the battery status, and toswitch Battery Saver on, on the start screen,swipe down from the top of the screen, andtap ALL SETTINGS > Battery Saver.When your phone goes into battery savermode, you may not be able to change thesettings of all apps.Change the phone screensettings• Set the phone screen to switch off after ashort time. On the start screen, swipedown from the top of the screen, and tapALL SETTINGS > lock screen > Screentimes out after.Lower the screen brightness • On the start screen, swipe down from thetop of the screen, and tap ALLSETTINGS > brightness. Make sure thatAutomatically adjust is switched to Off. Switch Level to low, and switchAutomatically adjust to On .• To lower the screen brightness when thebattery saver is on, on the start screen,swipe down from the top of the screen,tap ALL SETTINGS > display, and switchBattery Saver brightness to On .Stop apps from running in thebackgroundClose the apps you are not using.
