GB 39PROBLEM SOLVINGFRONT PANEL DISPLAYProblemThe remote control is not working.You see the on-screen message.Viewing card error.You have forgotten your secret PINcode.CA Module is not working.Black picture.Possible causesBattery exhausted.Remote control is incorrectlyaimed.The Mediamaster is in standbymode.The Mediamaster can’t recogniseyour Smartcard.CA module is not installed.CA module is not correctlyinserted.CA module is inserted but notworking correctly.What to doChange the batteries (both).Aim the remote control at box.Check that nothing blocks the frontpanel.Check if (.) is flashing on the frontpanel display when you press a button.If not replace the batteries (both).Check that you are using the properSmartcard. Check that the Smartcardhas been correctly inserted with thegold chip downwards.
