If it is preinstalled it still needs to be activated.To determine if the package is preinstalled1. From the Nokia Network Voyager main page, select System Configuration.2. From the Voyager Configuration page, select Manage Installed Packages.The Manage Packages page opens. If the list of the installed packages includes a package named Nokia Secure AccessSystem, activate the package. See “Activating the Package with Nokia NetworkVoyager” on page 22. If the list of installed packages does not include a package named Nokia Secure AccessSystem, install the package. See “Installing or Upgrading the Package with NokiaNetwork Voyager” on page 18.
