General Instructions - All ModelsThe refrigerators described in this manual are de-signed for built-in installations and require cut out di-mensions as indicated on page .The refrigerators must be placed on a solid andlevel floor away from heat generating sources. Thefloor must be strong enough to support the combinedweight of the refrigerator and its food load.Never install the refrigerator directly on carpeting.To protect carpeting, the refrigerator must be placedon a metal or wood panel extending at least the fullwidth and depth of the refrigerator.Keep the refrigerator and the surrounding area clearand free of combustible materials, gasoline, andother flammable materials.Note: These appliances are not approved foruse as a Free-Standing refrigerator. Therefrigerator must be used in the mannerfor which it was designed. Refer to thismanual for installation, operating proce-dures, and the refrigerator intended use.This appliance is equipped for LP gasand cannot be converted to any other fu-els (Natural Gas, Butane, etc.).EXTENDED COOLING UNIT SERVICE PROTECTION PLANAn additional four year Service Contract is nowavailable to original purchasers of Norcold refrig-erators.
