1625 YEARS LIMITED WARRANTYIMPORTANT:This warranty is valid only if the warranty card has been duly filled and returned to the Soca Industries INC within 30 days, of the datepurchase.NOTE:Each complaint must be accompanied by proof of purchase. The Soca Indutries INC offers to the original purchaser of a Nordica woodstove, a limited warranty of twenty-five years from the date of purchase of the wood stove, against any defects in materials orworkmanship. This warranty is conditional with a normal use and maintenance of the unit.LIMITS OF THE WARRANTYHowever, an authorized agent of Soca Industries INC must approve any replacement of parts beforehand. The labour expenseshould not exceed the retail price of the replaced parts. Our representatives can in no way alter the present warranty.The warrantor does not make any guarantee, express or implicit, written or verbal, besides those specified in this 25 years limitedwarranty. The duration of any warranties, including those of merchantability and manufacturing for a particular purpose, is limited to25 years from the date of purchase.The remedy for damage due to a defective product covered by this warranty is limited to replacement of the defective parts. It doesnot include any incidental, consequential damage or expenses relating to the product, including damage to property. Scratches,corrosion, warping or discoloration is not covered by this warranty. The Soca Industries INC reserves the right to limit to onereplacement parts covered by this warranty. The Soca Industries INC assumes no liability in the event of a back drafting problemresulting from a negative pressure of the property caused by a heating, ventilation, air exchanger system or any structural componentthat can cause this problem.WARRANTY CONDITIONS1. Garantee is valid only for the original purchaser. The warranty is not transferable.2. Each complaint must be accompanied by proof of purchase.3. The warranty registration card must be completed and returned to Soca Industries INC within 30 days from the date ofpurchase.4. The installation must be made by a qualified technician in accordance with instructions and codes of local and nationalbuilding.5. The installation and use of the stove must comply with the manual of your heater.6. The maintenance of the stove must be made adequately.7.
