Open a window to decrease these disturbances.It has also been proven necessary to open a window in the case of an airtight house or when a ventilation applianceis in function.F) When fire is extinguished and the stove has cooled off, close the damper key and the combustion control key until thenext use of your stove.G) If you must leave the stove lit without monitoring, be sure that the door is well closed. Leave the register open.EXPANSION NOISESNoises of expansion and contraction during the heating cycle and cooling are normal phenomena. Thus it is not necessaryto worry.COMBUSTIBLE MATERIALSThe additional logs, curtain and furnishing must be kept at a minimum distance of 48’’ (1220 mm) from the stove. It isrecommended to heat the chimney in order to avoid the risk of smoke. With this in mind, use an ignited newspaper andkeep it in the direction of the chimney.
