Ensure that the gun trigger safety is in the LOCKED position.3. Move the applicator circuit breaker to the OFF position, then disconnectand lock out input electrical power to the applicator (see Figures 5‐1 and5‐2).4. Remove the six screws (three screws per side) from the service block,then remove the service block cover.5. Inspect all wiring for signs of wear or other damage to the insulation.WARNING! Risk of electrical shock. Vibration, plus heating and coolingcycles, can loosen connections. Failure to observe may result in personalinjury or death. All electrical connections should be tight.6.
