85Using the OutboxThe IP Phone 1120E has a dedicated fixed key for the Outbox. The systemlogs the outgoing key number, time, and date. If the duration of the call ismore than two seconds, the system captures the display as it appearedwhen the call was made.The Outbox can store a maximum of 10 calls. When the maximum isreached, the oldest call is dropped. Calls appear in the list in order in whichthey were made, with the most recent call at the top of the list.The Outbox call display consists of a time or date stamp and a name ornumber. A time stamp appears beside calls you make on the same dayon which you view the Outbox. A date stamp appears beside calls thatwere made prior to the day of viewing. If no name or number was extractedfrom the display of the outgoing call, the number dialed appears. Use thenavigation keys to scroll through the list.
