At times, a NorthStarpressure washer may become inoperable because repairs are required. NorthStarProduct Support will assist in these repairs as needed, but if an inoperable pressurewasher creates a major expense to your business, then we strongly recommend thefollowing: Have a staff person become familiar with the mechanical operation of thepressure washer and capable of making minor repairs and performing allpreventative maintenance procedures. Keep a stock of recommended service parts for maintenance and minorrepairs.IMPORTANT:If a part needs replacement, only use parts that meet the manufacturer's part numberspecifications.
