Unit cycles automatically when power is on. When performingmaintenance, you may be exposed to voltage sources, compressed air, or moving parts. Personalinjuries can occur. Before performing any maintenance or repair, disconnect power source from thecompressor and bleed off all air pressure.Belt Replacement1. Set the Auto/Off lever to OFF, unplug the unit, and relieve all air pressurefrom the air tank.2. Remove the front of the belt guard by removing the screws (I) using aTorx T25 bit.3. Mark the motor position on the saddle.4. Loosen the motor mounting screws and slide the motor toward the aircompressor.5. Remove the belt and replace it with a new one.6. See the following Adjusting Belt Tension section before tightening motor mounting screws.Figure J
