Using the ZENworks Storage Encryption Solution Management Console 53novdocx (en) 17 September 2009When reviewing reports, the arrow buttons help you navigate through each page of the report.Reports typically have charts and graphs on the first page, with the gathered data on the remainingpages, ordered by date and type.Use the Printer button to print the full report using the default printer for this computer.Use the Export button to save the report as a PDF file, Excel spreadsheet, Word document, or RTFfile for distribution.Use the Group Tree button to toggle a list of parameters to the side of the report. Select any of theseparameters to drill down farther into the report. Click the Group Tree button to close the sidebar.Use the Magnifying Glass button to display a drop-down menu to adjust the current view size.Use the Binoculars button to open a search window.When you mouse over a certain parameter, such as a user name or device name, the mouse pointerchanges to a magnifying glass. You can double-click that particular item and display a new reportfor just that object. Click the X button to close the current view and return to the original report.To return to the report list, click the Show Report List icon above the report window.Figure 5-11 Report list iconReports are not available until data has been uploaded from the Endpoint Security Clients. Bydefault, the ZENworks Endpoint Security Management Reporting service syncs every 12 hours.This means that reporting and alerts data will not be ready until 12 hours have passed frominstallation. To adjust this time frame, open the Configuration tool (see “Scheduling” on page 45),and adjust the Client Reporting time to the number of minutes appropriate for your needs and yourenvironment.Reports that do not have data available will have the Configure or Preview button grayed out, withthe words No data underneath.Figure 5-12 No data5.5.2 Adherence ReportsAdherence Reports provide compliance information about the distribution of security policies tomanaged users. A score of 100 percent adherence indicates that all managed users have checked inand received the current policy.Click the plus sign next to Adherence to expand the list to display the following reports: “Endpoint Check-In Adherence” on page 54 “Endpoints that Never Checked-In” on page 54
