Firing the flash too closeto the subject’s eyes could cause a momentaryloss of vision.Keep young children and infants away fromthe camera.Always use and store the camera out of thereach of young children and infants to preventthe following dangerous situations which couldcause serious injury:Becoming entangled in the camera strap,causing strangulation.Accidentally swallowing the battery, cards orother small parts.Accidentally firing the fl ash into their own eyesor those of another child.Accidentally being injured by the moving partsof the camera.Do not look at the sun or strong lights with thecamera.Do not use or store the camera in dusty orhumid places.Do not cover the flash with a hand while firing.Do not insert anything into the microSDAttachment other than the microSD card.This attachment is exclusive for use of microSDcards only. Other types of cards cannot beinstalled.Do not insert anything other than an xD-PictureCard or the microSD Attachment into thecameraIf you insert a card by mistake, such as a microSDcard, do not use force. Do not use the charger or AC adapter if it iscovered (such as a blanket). This could causeoverheating, resulting in fire.Handle the camera with care to avoid getting alow-temperature burn.When the camera contains metal parts,overheating can result in a low-temperatureburn. Pay attention to the following:When used for a long period, the camera willget hot. If you hold on to the camera in thisstate, a low-temperature burn may be caused.In places subject to extremely coldtemperatures, the temperature of the camera’sbody may be lower than the environmentaltemperature. If possible, wear gloves whenhandling the camera in cold temperatures.Be careful with the strap.Be careful with the strap when you carry thecamera. It could easily catch on stray objectsand cause serious damage.Do not touch the metallic parts of the camerafor a long period of time at low temperatures.This may damage your skin.
