Chargingtime varies depending on the performanceof a computer or printer. (There may becases in which it takes approx. 10 hours.)Even if [REMOVE USB CABLE] isdisplayed, the battery is charging while thecharging indicator is lit in orange. Be sureto remove the USB cable after the batteryis charged (the charging indicator turns toblue).If the camera without a battery is connectedto a computer, by inserting a battery intothe camera, the camera wilt start chargingwithout showing the [USB] screen above.Using a separately sold ACadapter .....................................................................An AC adapter (D-7AC/separately sold) isuseful for time-consuming tasks such as imagedownloads to a computer or when running aslideshow for a long period of time. To use aseparately sold AC adapter for this camera,the multi-adapter (CB-MAl/separatety sold) isrequired. The battery can also be charged byconnecting the camera with its power turned offto the AC adaptor.Do not use any other AC adapter with thiscamera.Using a separately soldA charger (LI-50C/separatety sold) can be usedto charge the battery. In this case, remove thebattery from the camera and set the battery tothe charger.Using your charger and AC........adapter abroad* The charger and AC adapter can be used inmost home electrical sources within the rangeof 100 V to 240 VAC (50/60Hz) around theworld.
