Advanced OperationDiverting CallsVoice, fax and data calls can be diverted using different circumstances and todifferent numbers. For example you may wish voice calls to be diverted to Voicemailin the event that the phone is switched off.1 From Idle mode press B 7 to enter the Call Divert menu2 Use e to select the type of calls to divert and press B3 Use e to select the circumstances to initiate the divert and press B4 Enter phone number to divert to and press BWhen a divert situation is enabled the divert icon (t) is displayed.When updating or checking the status of Call Divert the phone must be registeredwith a network.Holding Calls and Call WaitingHolding/Resuming a Call1 Press B when Hold is displayed in the option area2 Press B when Resume is displayed in the option areaMaking a Second Call1 Enter phone number (or recall from Phonebook – see “Retrieve a Number” page11)2 Press DThe first call will be placed on hold.Receiving a Second CallA second call can be received, if Call waiting is switched on. This is enabled from theCall Service menu. It is not possible to have more than one fax or data call.
