EnglishEn-1Examine your microwave ovenUnpack the oven, remove all packing material,and examine the oven for any damage such asdents, broken door latches or cracks in the door.If you find any damage, notify your dealerimmediately. Do not install a damaged microwaveoven.Earthing instructionsIMPORTANT: THIS UNIT HAS TO BEPROPERLY EARTHED FOR PERSONALSAFETY.If your AC outlet is not grounded, it is the personalresponsibility of the customer to have it replacedwith a properly grounded wall socket.Operation voltageThe voltage has to be the same as specified onthe label on the oven. If a higher voltage thanspecified is used, it may cause a fire or otherdamages.Placement of the Oven1. Place the oven on a flat and stable surface,more than 85 cm above the floor.2. When this oven is installed, it should be easyto isolate the appliance from the electricitysupply by pulling out the plug or operating acircuit breaker.3. For proper operation, ensure a sufficient aircirculation for the oven.Counter-top use:a. Allow 15 cm of space on the top of theoven, 10 cm at the back, 5 cm on one side,and the other side must be opened morethan 40 cm.b. If one side of the oven is placed flush to awall, the other side or top must not beblocked.4. Do not place this oven near an electric or gascooker range.5. The feet should not be removed.6. This oven is only for household usage. Do notuse outdoors.7. Avoid using the microwave oven in highhumidity.8. The power cord should not touch the outsideof the oven. Keep the cord away from hotsurfaces. Do not let the cord hang over theedge of a table or work top. Do not immersethe cord, plug or oven in water.9. Do not block the air vents on the top and backof the oven. If these openings are blockedduring operation the oven may overheat. Inthis case the oven is protected by a thermalsafety device and resumes operation only aftercooling down.Counter-topWARNING1. The door seals and door seal areas should becleaned with a damp cloth.The appliance should be inspected fordamage to the door seals and door seal areasand if these areas are damaged the applianceshould not be operated until it has beenrepaired by a service technician trained by themanufacturer.2. Do not attempt to tamper with or make anyadjustments or repairs to the door, controlpanel housing, safety interlock switches or anyother part of the oven. Do not remove theouter panel from the oven which givesprotection against exposure to microwaveenergy.Repairs should only be done by a qualifiedservice technician.3. Do not operate this appliance if it has adamaged CORD OR PLUG, if it is not workingproperly, or if it has been damaged ordropped.
