You can receive a call waiting tone with the caller's name ortelephone number information. For details, consult your telephone company.• Depending on the type of your telephone, you may be able to talk to the other party usingthe speaker and the microphone (Off-hook Call Announcement [OHCA]), or you can receivean announcement through the handset (Whisper OHCA), if you are having a conversationusing the handset. For more details on each feature, refer to "1.3.13 Call Waiting Tone","1.3.45 OHCA (Off-hook Call Announcement)", or "1.3.76 Whisper OHCA".• The caller's name or number is displayed for five seconds in fifteen second intervals whilewaiting to be answered.Customizing Your Phone• 3.1.2 Personal Programming—Call Waiting Tone Type SelectionIf you select "Tone 1", you will hear the same tone for Call Waiting from an outside partyand an extension.
