Intercom Features31For KX-TG2432NZ usersCall the desired unit by selecting theextension number, shown in the upperright of each handset’s display. The baseunit’s extension number is 0.L To confirm the handset’s extensionnumber ([1] or [2]), place the handseton the base unit or charger.L The base unit will display the paging orpaged handset number (H1 or H2).From the handset to the base unit1 Handset:Press {INTERCOM}, then press {0}.L You can also select the base unit bypressing {V} or {^} then pressing{>}.L The base unit will ring for 1 minute.L To stop paging, press {OFF}.2 Base unit:Press either {LOCATOR/INTERCOM1} or {LOCATOR/INTERCOM 2} toanswer the page.3 Handset:When finished talking, press {OFF} orplace the handset on the charger.Note:L During an intercom call, the handsetuser can switch to the speaker bypressing {s}.
