37Cordless TelephoneStoring Caller List Information in the DirectoryYou can store names and phone numbers that are in the Caller List intothe directory. Storing must be carried out with the handset.Make sure the unit is in the standby mode initially.1 Press (Å) or (Ä) to enter the Caller List.2 Press (Å) or (Ä) repeatedly to find thecaller you want to store in the directory,and press FWD/EDIT (É) (Yes key).•If the number requires editing, see page 34.3 Press (Å) or (Ä) to select “Savedirectory”, and press FWD/EDIT (É)(Yes key).If there is no name information for thecaller, “Enter name” will be displayed.a) If a name is not required, press (Å)(Next key) and press FWD/EDIT (É)(Save key).b) If a name is required, enter the name(p. 44).
