Connect the AC adaptor cordby pressing the plug firmly (C).L Use only the included Panasonic ACadaptor PQLV1 or PQLV256.Note:L The AC adaptor must remain connectedat all times. (It is normal for the adaptorto feel warm during use.)L The AC adaptor should be connected toa vertically oriented or floor-mounted ACoutlet. Do not connect the AC adaptor toa ceiling-mounted AC outlet, as theweight of the adaptor may cause it tobecome disconnected.L The unit will not work during a powerfailure. We recommend connecting astandard telephone to the sametelephone line or to the same telephonejack using a Panasonic T-adaptor (page7).
