When inserting a disc into or ejecting and removingit from the unit, insert it straight in or eject andremove it straight out in parallel with the unit.Otherwise, the disc may be scratched or marked inthe process. When inserting a disc, do not put one disc onanother. CD-R/RW, DVD-R/RW discs are less resistant to hightemperatures and high humidity than ordinary musicCD. Leaving them inside a car for extended periodsmay damage and make playback impossible. The unit may not successfully playback a CD-R/RW,DVD-R/RW that was made by the combination ofwriting software, a CD/DVD recorder (CD-R/RW,DVD-R/RW drive) and a disc if they are incompatiblewith one another.
