To prevent fire never place anytype of candle or naked flame on top or near theTV.Handling the mains plug andlead• Ensure that the mains plug is easily accessible atall times. The On / Off switch on this model doesnot fully disconnect the TV from the mains supply.Remove the mains plug from the wall socket whenthe TV is not used for a prolonged period of time.• Ensure the earth pin on the mains plug is securelyconnected to prevent electrical shock.• An apparatus with CLASS I construction shallbe connected to a mains socket outlet with aprotective earthing connection.• Do not use any mains lead other than thatprovided with this TV. A 5 amp fuse is fitted in thismains plug.
