11About the automatic status detectionfunctionWhen this product malfunctions due to exoge-nous noise, etc. for 30 seconds or more, theproduct will automatically reset and will returnto normal state. When the product is reset, ini-tialization will be carried out as when the powerof the product is turned on. When the productrepeatedly resets, exogenous noise levelaround the product may be high and that maycause malfunction. Contact your dealer forinstructions.Periodically images on the screen appearto be distortedWhen the camera is installed in a locationwhere it is subject to small vibrations (for exam-ple, when it is installed near devices thatvibrate), images may appear distorted andstretched lengthways. This phenomenon is acharacteristic of image pickup devices that useMOS sensors and is caused by the relationshipbetween the periodic movements of the cam-era and the timing that the image sensor readsimages. This is not a problem with the camera.To reduce the possibility of this phenomenonoccurring, install the camera in a secure loca-tion.About the dehumidifying device• This product has dehumidifying device tokeep the inside at low moisture level, pre-venting condensation and quickly dissipat-ing dew if produced.• Dew may be produced depending on theconditions of temperature, humidity, winds,and rain, and it may take time to dehumidify.• The dehumidifying device is mounted insidethe enclosure. In order to maintain normaloperation of the dehumidifier function, donot caulk (fill the clearance with sealants orother materials) the clearance between theenclosure and the ceiling or wall.What to do if “WARMING UP-PLEASEWAIT” appears on the display.This message indicates that the temperatureinside the camera has become extremely low.The camera will be automatically restartedwhen the inside the camera is warmed up.Please wait for a while.We shall not be liable for contentcompensation, losses of recorded oredited content and any direct or indirectconsequent damages caused by failure torecord or edit due to faults with this unit orthe SD memory card. Do notuse benzine, thinner, alcohol, or any othertypes of solvents or detergents. Otherwise, itmay cause discoloration. When using a chemi-cal cloth for cleaning, read the caution provid-ed with the chemical cloth product.Do not loozen or remove screws unlessinstructed to do so in the product documenta-tion.Cleaning of the dome coverUse lens cleaning paper (used to clean cameraor spectacles lenses) to remove any dirt on thedome cover.
