Detach the cameraThe camera is fixed on the camera mount bracket using the fixing screw. Remove the camera by following the instructionsbelow.IMPORTANT:• Do not detach the camera in a different way from the one described below. It may damage the camera.Step 1Detach the decorative cover from the camera by followingstep 10 of the “Wire through a hole in the ceiling” sectionin the reverse order (☞ pages 22-23).q Turn the decorative cover by approx. 16 ° in the direc-tion of the arrow (counterclockwise) as illustratedwhile pushing down the locking arm, and pull it slight-ly down from the ceiling.w Turn the decorative cover a further 16 ° in the direc-tion of the arrow (counterclockwise) as illustrated, andthen remove the decorative cover.qwIMPORTANT:• Hold the decorative cover with both hands whenremoving it. The cover will fall from the camera whenthe hook is disengaged from the groove.Step 2Detach the 12 V DC power cable plug (accessory) or theLAN cable from the camera, and then turn off the powerof the camera.Step 3Remove the fixing screw (M3, accessory) that is fixing thecamera on the camera mount bracket (accessory).Do not lose the fixing screw.Approx. 20 °Step 4Rotate the camera counterclockwise to detach the cam-era from the camera mount bracket (accessory).IMPORTANT:• When detaching the camera from the camera mountbracket, hold the fixed section of the unit. Detachingthe camera while holding the dome section may resultin malfunction.Step 5Disconnect the remaining cables from the camera.Step 6Detach the safety wire from the camera.25
