17w Auto-Talk-Lock setupFor a Belt Pack where Auto-Talk-Lock is set up, it has afunction to select “TALK” automatically when the vehicledetector has become active, and you can talk with thecustomer at the menu board. One unit of this product or theAll-In-One Headset can be set to Auto-Talk-Lock setup perlane.p Complete ID Registration, to do this setting.p You can set only the unit with its DIP switch No.1 inthe ON position.(Refer to p. 20 “DIP switch setup”.) Press the [POWER] button to turn on thepower.p When the power is turned on, the voice messages“Hello”, “Headset xx” (xx: ID number registered in theCenter Module) and “Lane x” (x: Connected Lanenumber) are heard from the speaker of the headset. Press the [T1] button* while the powerindicator turns green and red alternately for 3seconds.p Auto-Talk-Lock registration is performed to Lane A.When registration is complete, the voice message“Auto Talk ON” is heard from the speaker of theheadset, and the power indicator stops turningalternately.p When the [T1] button of this product is not pressedwithin 3 seconds after the power is turned on, thevoice message “Auto-Talk-Lock OFF” is heard fromthe speaker of the headset, and the unit starts asusual.* Use the [T2] button to register Auto-Talk-Lock forLane B.p If there is a problem registering Auto-Talk-Lock,an error beep and the voice message “Failed” areheard from the speaker of the headset, and thepower indicator blinks red to alert the user theabnormal state. If that happens, turn off the BeltPack and retry from step .p If the power of the Belt Pack is turned off, all thesetting conditions for Auto-Talk-Lock will be canceled.This setting should be carried out without fail whenthe power supply is started up.p A Belt Pack in which the Auto-Talk-Lock functionhas been enabled operates at the Talk-Lock settingregardless of the DIP switch No.2 setting.Notew ID registrationBefore using this product, the unit ID must be registered inthe Center Module. After the ID is registered in the CenterModule, wireless communication between this product andthe Center Module is enabled. Set the Center Module to “ID Registration”mode.(Refer to the operating instructions of the CenterModule.) Hold down the [POWER] button for 2 secondsor more to turn off the Belt Pack. Press the [POWER] button for 1 second ormore while holding down the [T1] and [T2]buttons to turn on the power.p The Belt Pack enters the ID Registration settingmode. You will hear “Registration Mode” and thepower indicator will blink orange. Press the [T1] button.p You can hear “Connecting Center Module A” and thelane Indicator will blink orange.p When the Center Module is WX-CC412, IDregistration for Lane B is automatically started, thevoice message “Connecting Center Module B” isheard from the speaker of the headset, and the laneindicator blinks green.p When the ID Registration succeeds, you will hear“Registration complete”, “Headset xx” (xx: ID numberregistered in the Center Module), and the powerindicator stops blinking and stays on.p If ID registration fails, an error beep and the voicemessage “Failed” are heard from the speaker ofthe headset, and the power indicator blinks red toindicate an abnormal state. If that happens, retryfrom step 2. When the ID registration is complete, cancel“ID Registration” of the Center Module.p When this is done, “ID Registration” of this product iscancelled and the power indicator turns green.p During ID registration, the other Belt Packs (or OrderTakers) or All-In-One Headsets cannot be used to talkor page.NoteEnglish
