In the mass storage mode, a fewapplications—Handy Memo, Voice Memo, Sketch Pad, MusicPlayer, Camera, Camcorder, Document Viewer—that need themicroSD™ card will not run.Copying files1. Connect the phone to yourcomputer using the USB cable.2. Set the USB mode for mass storage.3. Tap Turn on USB storage > OK.4. Select and copy files to transferfrom the phone.5. Paste files to your PC.Note Tap Turn off USB storage in the notifications screen if you wantto turn off the function.Transferring files through Media TransferMTP stands for Media Transfer Protocol and it is acommunication method specifically optimized for the transferof audio and video file types. With the MTP connection on,you can transfer media files between your computer and themicroSD™ card in the phone. Once you have turned on theMTP connection, media files are collected through WindowsMedia Player 11 or higher.Transferring files1. Set the USB mode for MediaTransfer.2. Select files to transfer from thephone or your PC.3. Transfer files to your PC or thephone.Turning on/off the USB mode in the Easy Setting1. Connect the phone to your computer using the USB cable.2. Tap on the top of the home screen and drag it down, orpress Q in idle mode and tap Notifications.3. Tap USB connected.4. Select and tap a USB mode.5. Tap OK.
