242.9 Trim tabThe trim tab should be adjusted so that the steering control can turned to either the right or left byapplying same amount of force.WARNING: An improperly adjusted trim tab could cause difficult steering. Always test run after the trimtab has been installed or replaced to be sure steering is correct. Be sure you have tightened the bolt.If the boat tends to veer the left, turn the trim tab to the port side. If the boat tends to veer the right, turnthe trim tab to the starboard side.2.10 Stopping engineNOTE:Before stopping the engine, first let it cool off for a few minutes at idle or low speed. Stoppingthe engine immediately after operating at high speed is not recommended.1. Push and hold the engine stop button until the engine comes to a complete stop.
