1 ImportantsafetyinstructionsBe sure to observe the followingguidelines when using your headphones.• Listen at reasonable volumes forreasonable periods of time.• Be careful not to adjust the volumecontinuously upwards as yourhearing adapts.• Do not turn up the volume so highthat you can't hear what's aroundyou.• You should use caution ortemporarily discontinue use inpotentially hazardous situations.• Excessive sound pressure fromearpieces and headphones cancause hearing loss.• Using headphones with both earscovered while driving is notrecommended and may be illegal insome areas.• For your safety, avoid distractionsfrom music or phone calls while intraffic or other potentially dangerousenvironments.General informationTo avoid damage or malfunction:Operating and storage temperaturesand humidity• Store in a place where thetemperature is between -20°C (-4°F)and 50°C (122 °F) with up to 90%relative humidity.• Operate in a place where thetemperature is between 0°C (32°F)and 45°C (113 °F) with up to 90%relative humidity.• Battery life may be shorter in high orlow temperature conditions.• Replacement of a battery with anincorrect type risks severelydamaging the headphones and thebattery (for example, in the case ofsome lithium battery types).Danger To avoid hearing damage, limit the time youuse headphones at high volume and set thevolume to a safe level. The louder thevolume, the shorter the safe listening time is.Caution Do not expose headphones to excessive heat. Do not drop your headphones. Headphones shall not be exposed to drippingor splashing. (Refer to the IP rating of specificproduct) Do not allow your headphones to besubmerged in water. Do not charge your headphones when theconnector or socket is wet. Do not use any cleaning agents containingalcohol, ammonia, benzene, or abrasives. If cleaning is required, use a soft cloth, ifnecessary dampened with a minimum amountof water or diluted mild soap, to clean theproduct. The integrated battery shall not be exposed toexcessive heat such as sunshine, fire or the like. Danger of explosion if battery is incorrectlyreplaced. Replace only with the same orequivalent type. To achieve the specific IP rating, the chargingslot cover must be closed. Disposal of a battery into fire or a hot oven, ormechanically crushing or cutting a battery, canresult in an explosion. Leaving a battery in an extremely hightemperature surrounding environment canresult in an explosion or the leakage offlammable liquid or gas. A battery subjected to extremely low airpressure may result in an explosion or theleakage of flammable liquid or gas.Hearing Safety2 EN
