If the problemstill persists after you have tried thesesolutions, contact Philips customerservice representative.Common ProblemsNo Picture (Power LED not lit)• Make sure the power cord isplugged into the power outlet andinto the back of the monitor.• First, ensure that the power buttonon the front of the monitor is in theOFF position, then press it to theON position.No Picture (Power LED is White)• Make sure the computer is turnedon.• Make sure the signal cable isproperly connected to yourcomputer.• Make sure the monitor cable hasno bent pins on the connect side. Ifyes, repair or replace the cable.• The Energy Saving feature may beactivatedScreen says • Make sure the monitor cableis properly connected to yourcomputer. (Also refer to the QuickStart Guide).• Check to see if the monitor cablehas bent pins.• Make sure the computer is turnedon.AUTO button doesn't function• The auto function is applicable onlyin VGA-Analog mode. If the result isnot satisfactory, you can do manualadjustments via the OSD menu.NoteThe Auto Function is not applicable inDVI-Digital mode as it is not necessary.Visible signs of smoke or sparks• Do not perform any troubleshootingsteps• Disconnect the monitor from mainspower source immediately for safety• Contact with Philips customerservice representative immediately.Imaging ProblemsImage is not centered• Adjust the image position usingthe “Auto” function in OSD MainControls.• Adjust the image position usingthe Phase/Clock of Setup in OSDMain Controls. It is valid only in VGAmode.Image vibrates on the screen• Check that the signal cable isproperly securely connected to thegraphics board or PC.Vertical flicker appears• Adjust the image using the “Auto”function in OSD Main Controls.• Eliminate the vertical bars usingthe Phase/Clock of Setup in OSDMain Controls. It is valid only in VGAmode.
